Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using inlandtable.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Use of the Site
Inland Table provides restaurant and local food discovery information for the Inland Northwest. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Site without prior written permission
- Use the Site in any way that could harm, disable, or impair the Site or interfere with others' use
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
- Use the Site to transmit spam or unsolicited communications
Content Accuracy
We strive to keep restaurant hours, locations, and other information accurate, but we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any listing. Hours, menus, and business details change frequently. Always confirm directly with the restaurant or business before visiting.
Prohibited Data Collection & Automated Access
The content on Inland Table — including restaurant listings, producer profiles, hours, descriptions, tags, and any other data displayed on the Site — is proprietary to Inland Table or its licensors. You may not, without our express prior written consent:
- Scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise extract any content or data from the Site by automated means
- Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access, index, or collect data from the Site
- Copy, reproduce, or republish our database content — in whole or in part — on any other platform or service
- Use Site data to build a competing product or service, or to augment a third-party database
- Sell, license, or otherwise commercially exploit any data obtained from the Site
- Circumvent any technical measures we implement to prevent unauthorized access or data collection
We actively monitor for unauthorized scraping and reserve the right to block access, pursue legal remedies, and seek damages for violations. If you have a legitimate need to access our data programmatically (e.g., academic research, press), contact us to discuss licensing terms.
Intellectual Property
The Inland Table name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Inland Table and may not be reproduced without permission. Restaurant names, logos, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
Photos You Submit
If you add a photo to a restaurant listing, you confirm that you took it (or have the right to share it) and you give Inland Table a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, resize and crop it on the Site, including alongside the listing it was added to, for as long as the photo is published. You keep ownership of your photo.
Photos are reviewed before they appear, and we may decline or remove any photo at our discretion. Do not submit photos in which a person's face is the main subject, or anything unlawful, misleading or unrelated to the listing. To have a photo removed, contact us and tell us which listing it appears on.
Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites (restaurant websites, reservation platforms, delivery services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inland Table shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on any information provided herein.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
