A family-owned Spokane roaster founded in 2009 in the West Central neighborhood, Indaba sources and roasts specialty and single-origin beans across multiple cafés in the city. Their mission — "Love People, Love Coffee" — is backed by action: every bag of coffee sold provides a meal to someone in need through a local food bank partnership. Beans are available in-store, online, and via a monthly subscription club.
