Spokane Intl Airport Welcomes Local Restaurants
Spokane International Airport Welcomes Local Food Favorites to Expanded Terminal SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane International Airport is bringing more of the region’s food scene to travelers with the addition of two popular local restaurant concepts, Iron Goat Brewing and Jack and Dan’s. The openings are part of a broader effort to showcase Spokane-area businesses and give passengers a taste of the community before they take off. According to KXLY, Iron Goat Brewing opened earlier in September at the airport’s expanded C Concourse, offering its signature pizzas, craft beer and exclusive menu items.
One standout offering is Jet Way Lager, a beer created exclusively for the airport location. Iron Goat owner Greg Brandt said the new location provides an opportunity to introduce Spokane’s food and beverage culture to visitors traveling through the region. Meanwhile, Jack and Dan’s was preparing to open in the A Concourse with an expanded menu featuring breakfast options and flatbreads, bringing another familiar local name into the airport dining lineup.
The additions reflect a larger partnership between Spokane International Airport and its master concessionaire, SSP, to incorporate more regional businesses into the terminal’s growing food offerings. With more local restaurants planned as airport expansion continues, travelers can expect greater access to Spokane-area flavors while passing through the airport.
